Payments for MI Reports purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you buy a report, you are purchasing through Paddle: Paddle processes your payment, handles applicable transaction taxes in its role as Merchant of Record, and issues your transaction receipt. Refunds for a Paddle transaction, where applicable, are administered through Paddle's own buyer refund process.

MI Reports remains responsible for the report itself — its content, your licence to use it, and any support you need after purchase. Paddle acting as Merchant of Record for payment processing does not change or reduce MI Reports' own responsibilities as the business behind the product, including our own tax, accounting, and business obligations in Switzerland.

Every MI Reports product is a digital market-intelligence report, delivered electronically. There is no physical product and no customer account or login required — your purchase gives you a secure, personal access link, delivered by email immediately after payment.

Purchasing a report licenses it for use within your own organisation. Specifically, you may:

• Use the report freely within the purchasing organisation.
• Incorporate its insights, extracts, and charts into your own internal work — analyses, memos, presentations, and similar internal materials.
• Incorporate report content into client-facing work product, provided MI Reports is credited as the source.

You may not:

• Resell the report itself, in whole or in part.
• Publicly redistribute or republish the report as a standalone document.

Copyright and all other intellectual property in each report remain with MI Reports or the applicable rights holders. Nothing in this licence transfers ownership of the report to you.

Your purchase includes corrections and minor updates to the same report at no additional charge. Your access link is durable and always resolves to the current version of the report you purchased — if we correct or refresh it, your existing link simply gives you the updated version; you don't need to buy it again or request a new link.

This does not extend to a materially different report — one covering a different scope, market, geography, or research methodology. If we publish a genuinely new report in that sense, it's a separate product and requires a separate purchase, even if it covers a related topic. A major revision is included under your existing purchase only when we specifically designate it as a continuation of the report you already bought, rather than a new one.

MI Reports products are digital and made available to you immediately upon purchase. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once your report has been delivered or accessed, except where required by mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these terms.

If your Paddle transaction itself needs to be refunded or disputed, that is handled through Paddle's own buyer refund process, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction. If instead you experience a technical delivery failure (your access link doesn't work) or believe the report itself has a material factual error, contact us directly — we investigate every reported issue and will correct and redeliver the report at no additional cost where warranted, rather than simply refunding a report that didn't do its job.

Forecasts and modeled figures are estimates, not guarantees, and every report reflects sources reasonably available as of its own stated evidence date.

MI Reports publishes general market intelligence. It is not individual investment, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your specific situation.

These terms are offered by a Switzerland-based operator. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law that applies to you, and nothing here overrides Paddle's own buyer terms for the transaction itself.
